Hong Fu Seafood Restaurant, Sibu

Hong Fu Seafood Restaurant located adjacent to Sibu Bus Terminal. They are occupying 3+1 shoplots for their business. Suprise not, even these with numbers of shoplots, they perpetually fully occupied everyday. The tables and chairs are line up along the pavillion of the neighbour shops on weekends when these shops are off for business.

Mi din - Local Fern
Despite, the huge number of patrons & orders of food, a simple dish such as veggies, you will expect less than a few minutes waiting time for it to reach you table. And that’s something I admire this outlet for. I hate to wait.

Fried Tofu with minced pork
You could have thought that, their speedy cook might neglect the quality of the food presented to you. That’s not the case here.

Fried "Ham" Clams
You won’t regret dining at here. The food are great & the prices are reasonable too.

Fried Pig Trotter
One of their signature dish is fried pig’s trotter.

Fried Crab
Nonetheless, Hong Fu’s fried crabs. Some says the cheapest & the best in town. You will notice that every table at Hong Fu will be served with crabs.
