He-ya, I’m back to kelvinsse.com again. Pardon me for my absence in blogosphere for these few actively engaged weeks.

A portion of my time was devoted to club meetings, events commitment and dealing with the new syllabus that for the new semesters.

I had missed some of the lectures during my first week here and since then I’m still coping with the lightning pace of the syllabus progress.

Since the semester begin, time was a kinda luxury for me. It bought me, instead. Thankfully, I’ve found myself some free time today.

So where can I start? Food?

Yah, I got some photos that I’ve not uploaded.

Looking throught the archives I digged up some shot of food I’ve capture in food outlets in Sibu.

I went to one of the bizzare concepted cafe. The food was like simply and the menu was kinda confused fusion of ingredients.

The egg salad – Nyonya cafe. Tasted so-so.

The rice which came with the curry lamb was in large quantity tho.

The lamb curry.

Taste : Confusion of the Fusion – The food was very weird…they didn’t blent well for me.

I went to Warung Najua today to survey what this place has to offer. This time we did not order much as I just had dinner few hours ago. I decided to have a peek at the small stall just outside Warung Najua. I found out they were selling Yong To Fu.

You basically just need to go to the stall and one friendly lady will attain you with your picks.

Varieties of Yong To fu (Wait. Isn’t this “Lok Lok”? =.=) to fill up your plate. You could have your selections of Yong To Fu either in broth (sup) or with the rojak sauce (kering).

The kering version came with a some crunched peanuts and rojak sauce. You have the option to add Kangkung to your selection too. – RM5.00.
