Crafted to impress – fruits

These are the compilation of commissariat for the pre Ghap Goh Meh (Last Day of Lunar New Year) Dinner. I was not a chef for the generous provisions of edible supplies.

But I had one delicate endeavor.

Transforming a dull oval watermelon into an art.

The back side.

These floating leaves were individually handcrafted from red apples.

Food crafting took time and practices but the results, satisfaction and impressions you’ve got, you can’t trade them with anything else.

For me, delicacies that sastify tastebuds and aesthetically presented are something that cannot be sequestrated.
