Also had very bad experience at the Wangsa Maju branch. Actually I was verbally harassed by one of the staff there. I was there last Thursday, on the 3rd of June 2010 for dinner. The manager did nothing to warn the jackass. Will not be repeating my visit to Pizza Hut – period. Will also encourage friends & relative to do the same.

Hey Jee,

It has become a norm that you got such terrible service in fast food chains in Malaysia.

The management of the outlets are usually oversees only by the local branch’s manager thus sometimes its not up to the standard and expectation set by the HQ.

I’ve experienced it myself too.

I will email you the link so that you can make complaints to the HQ.

Date : 26 March, 2010. Time : 3.10 pm.

Very Slow Service. No Suggestion Box. Food is NO Good.
Nice restaurant, but SAD… Very Bad Service since
one year ago.

They will only use “the picture is for ilustration purpose only” to apology
Last time my friend ordered the prawn spaghetti WITHOUT prawn.

Later on, they add 3 little tiny prawn on it… =.=”
